Southern Signs
Southern Signs was commissioned by Jim Johnson and Kiirsi Maunula Johnson in 2019 with assistance from the Kansas State University Small Research Grant. It is a rhapsodic piece in three main sections that explores the sonorous possibilities of the trumpet and horn.
